Our King Bedroom has a comfortable Kingsize bed with an en-suite with both bath and a walk-in shower. The room has a television with free satelite channels, free wi-fi, hairdryer, and a hospitality tray. The room is individually decorated with a blue theme and as is situated to the side of the building where it is quite quiet and protected from traffic noise from the adjacent road. The room has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool during English summer nights.
The house has a private patio area for guest use. It is very pretty in the summer and suitable for quiet relaxation in the open air, or if you would like, we can serve your breakfast al fresco!
Portman Lodge is a large and elegant Victorian house, with our Superior Room benefiting from many of it's original period features. These include a high ceiling and a pair of large south facing sash windows, making this room one of the sunniest rooms in the building.
