Self Catering Holiday Accommodation

A lovely, bright and spacious Victorian flat, in the annex adjacent Portman Lodge. The Lodge itself is currently operating as a Bed and Breakfast.

Accommodation

All first floor accessed by outside staircase. A family size bedroom, with king size bed and two twin beds. Large bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Note: The family size bedroom is sometimes used as bed and breakfast accommodation

  • Electric two burner hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, fridge, washing machine, WiFi, and a selection of books and games
  • Flat screen TV’s in lounge and bedroom
  • Fuel, power inc. in rent
  • Bed linen and towels inc. in rent
  • Tarmac outside area with garden furniture, also use of owners patio garden
  • Off road parking for one car
  • Sorry, no smoking
  • One small dog, by arrangement, subject to certain house rules (Owner also has a dog)
  • We regret that we normally don't accept children less than 6 years of age.
  • Welcome Tea Tray provided on arrival together with small hamper of basic supplies
  • We live next door and are available should you require us

BOOKING PROCEDURE

1 You select dates of interest
2 You email us your selected dates and your contact details including telephone
3 We reserve the dates on our Availability Calendar as ‘Provisional’ and supply you with confirmation of this, total price, amount of 20% deposit and bank details 4 The ‘Provisional’ reservation is held for 7 days to enable you to make payment of the deposit and when that is received, we supply you with Confirmation of Booking and mark the Availability Calendar as Booked.
(If payment of the deposit is not made within seven days, the selected dates are marked again as 'Available' and the 'Provisional' Reservation is cancelled) Full payment will be required when you arrive for your holiday, by cash or cheque
5. We are aware that your holiday plans may change. If you cancel more than 42 days before your holiday we will refund your deposit.
